Final cleaning is charged at 30 € - for a stay of 7 days or more, it is included in the price.
Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival, the flat is available from 4 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 10 am.
Parking for cars
We offer a parking space for cars in front of the house.

Local tax
A local tax of 2,20 € per person/day (from 14 years) is added to the prices.

Animals are only accepted on request.
Non-smokers
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are available free of charge. Should you wish to wash your own clothes during your stay, we offer a laundry facility at the Ötzerhof (three minutes by car).
